Omcan FMA 41514 Details
Marinate meats in your restaurant to get the most flavor into every bite with the help of this vacuum meat marinator! Made of durable stainless steel, this marinator is designed to hold between 11 and 22 lb. of meat at a time. Each batch can only be marinated for up to 30 minutes. In those 30 minutes, the vacuum part of this machine pulls out the air and forces the marination to soak into the meat. It takes much less time to marinate than typical marinating processes which can take hours or even days, but it produces similar or even better results!
Mounted on 4 universal casters, this unit can be moved wherever you need it in your kitchen, and can even be rolled out of the way when not in use. Two casters come equipped with locks, making it easy to secure during use and unlock to move after marinating. The control panel is easy to use, and you can set the time depending on how much meat you need to marinate. Two plastic containers are also included to fill with meat or marination so you can get started right away. The unit comes equipped with an automatic overload sensor that switches to reset mode when the machine is overloaded.
