Fluid-Filled Handle

The handle of this scoop contains a unique, heat-conductive fluid that warms up from the heat of the user's hand. When held, the scoop becomes warmer and is able to move through even the hardest of ice creams with ease. This feature lets you scoop more quickly to serve your customers right away!

More Volume

All Zeroll ice cream scoops are designed to roll ice cream with minimum compression, which means that the product is not compacted into a hard ball. Instead, the ice cream is rolled or folded into the scoop with small pockets of air inside. This gives you up to 20% more scoops of ice cream per gallon.

Aluminum Alloy

This scoop is built to last, featuring an improved aluminum alloy that will resist oxidation and corrosion.

Hardcoat Anodized Exterior

This dipper's Zerolon anodized Teflon finish protects it from hard or highly chlorinated water.

Color Coded

Easily identify the scoop you need! The gold cap on the end of the handle represents a #20 2 oz. scoop.

Customer Q&AAsk a Question

What is the difference between a disher and an ice cream scoop?
Dishers are designed to control servings of soft foods, such as mashed potatoes, applesauce, or steamed vegetables. Although these are not meant for harder foods, such as ice cream, they are versatile tools that can be used for portion control in both prep and service applications. Ice cream scoops offer the durability necessary to scoop hard, frozen foods, such as ice cream. Both are traditionally sized by the number of scoops per quart that they can produce; however, they may also be sized by the number of ounces they hold. Dishers feature an easy-to-operate thumb press or squeeze-handle design, complete with a quick-release component that ensures no food is unintentionally left behind in the scoop. Ice cream scoops on the other hand, do not feature any movable components.
Can I use this ice cream scoop with a dipper well?
Yes, we recommend that the temperature of the water in the dipper well be at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit at the beginning of each use. Do not put this scoop in boiling water or heat it to more than 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

This is the only scoop that I use, it is rated as a two ounce, but because of the compression free features of this scoop we can vary our scoop size which is really needed when you are filling a waffle cone. This finish has held up well and after several years of use there are a few nicks, however they in no way impede the function. They are also good for both right handed scoopers and lefties.

Best scoops on the market hands down. Im not sure how long scoops last but once these ones are done we will be ordering more.

In a caffe that sells ice-cream this is a guarantee must to have because with this scoop you are gonna get a perfect scoop as well and trusty scoop that won't break with that perfect flavored ice-cream.

Hallie M. from Caffe Panna on 05/06/2020

I hesitated to spend this money on an ice cream scoop for home use, but I was also frustrated with my ‘consumer’ one. The release would always freeze up, causing the teeth to skip and rendering it completely useless. This scoop needs no release, & the ice cream never sticks. It was worth every penny.

Amy S. on 06/11/2019

I have gone through a few ice cream scoopers and this is by far the best. It really works well. I don't use a dishwasher and I dry my knives and this as soon as I wash them. So hopefully this last a long time. The 2oz scoop is smaller than I am used to, but it works anyway. I just make 2 small scoops instead of 1 large one.

Adel from Bewu on 04/15/2019

This is the best and last scoop you’ll ever buy. No more rinsing the regular scoops through hot water before using, this scoops smooth and releases cleanly. Ignore the negative reviews about this leaking, they or their kids probably accidentally washed the scoop in the dishwasher. There are fluids inside, dishwasher is too hot and it will cause the seal to break under pressure.

Thornton A. on 03/19/2019

Really like this ice-cream scoop, it's strong enough to make scooping hard frozen ice-cream feel much easier and comfortable to hold when putting a lot of effort into it.

Kistner F. on 04/05/2018

The anodized Teflon keeps it looking great and the fluid helps glide it through ice cream without melting. Really happy with the ability to keep track of serving sizes in the shop.

Andrew D. on 02/28/2018

I've had this one for a few years now, still works great! Easy to scoop, the non-stick surface releases well and cleans up like a dream.

Monica M. on 02/26/2018

It scoops the perfect sized scoop of ice cream and it's very sturdy. It is very easy to clean. You can engrave your business name on the handle.

Sara H. on 08/18/2017

great scoop, great size. ice cream slides out super easily and it makes really smooth spheres. i prefer zeroll over other brands and the extra cost is worth every penny

Great ice cream scoops. The ice cream just glides so easily across it's incredible. Can't think of anything that could be better with these. Perfect.

2 oz. scoops for my customers who want half-scoops of ice cream (I use a #10 for my regular 4-oz size scoops). Zeroll products are great, and these were recommended by Tie Dye Jeff who runs an ice cream shop in Florida.

Michael K. from IHM on 04/09/2016

These scoops are the best. It easily cuts through -5 degree ice cream. I have used these scoops for several months and have not had any issues.

Bill M. from Capital City Creamery on 03/17/2016

A sturdy little scoop that works as advertized. I'm not sure that the heat transfer fluid inside really makes a difference as very cold ice cream is still difficult to scoop. Additionally, the anodized finish scratches easily.

Edward L. on 02/24/2015

Large size, for bigger scoops or filling up pint containers quickly. They do not corrode and are easy to clean. I keep several of different sizes on hand, for kiddie cones, larger adult sizes, etc.
