Fluid-Filled Handle

The handle of this scoop contains a unique, heat-conductive fluid that warms up from the heat of the user's hand. When held, the scoop becomes warmer and is able to move through even the hardest of ice creams with ease. This feature lets you scoop more quickly to serve your customers right away!

More Volume

All Zeroll ice cream scoops are designed to roll ice cream with minimum compression, which means that the product is not compacted into a hard ball. Instead, the ice cream is rolled or folded into the scoop with small pockets of air inside. This gives you up to 20% more scoops of ice cream per gallon.

Aluminum Alloy

This scoop is built to last, featuring an improved aluminum alloy that will resist oxidation and corrosion.

Hardcoat Anodized Exterior

This dipper's Zerolon anodized Teflon finish protects it from hard or highly chlorinated water.

Color Coded

Easily identify the scoop you need! The green cap on the end of the handle represents a #16 2.5 oz. scoop.

Customer Q&A Ask a Question

What is the difference between a disher and an ice cream scoop?
Dishers are designed to control servings of soft foods, such as mashed potatoes, applesauce, or steamed vegetables. Although these are not meant for harder foods, such as ice cream, they are versatile tools that can be used for portion control in both prep and service applications. Ice cream scoops offer the durability necessary to scoop hard, frozen foods, such as ice cream. Both are traditionally sized by the number of scoops per quart that they can produce; however, they may also be sized by the number of ounces they hold. Dishers feature an easy-to-operate thumb press or squeeze-handle design, complete with a quick-release component that ensures no food is unintentionally left behind in the scoop. Ice cream scoops on the other hand, do not feature any movable components.
Can I use this ice cream scoop with a dipper well?
Yes, we recommend that the temperature of the water in the dipper well be at least 140 degrees Fahrenheit at the beginning of each use. Do not put this scoop in boiling water or heat it to more than 140 degrees Fahrenheit.

The king of ice cream scoops for decades. 90+% of all shops use this scoop for a reason, it is the best. Scoops easily and lets go of the ice cream well enough.
I really do like this scoop. It's easy to use and gets a perfectly rounded proportionate ball every time. The only thing is I've only used it a few times so far and the coating on the top of the scoop is already starting to chip.
Zeroll scoops are my absolute favorite for scooping ice cream. I've tried a number of others and we now have three of these in our drawer. I find the anodized version is better than the plated version. The green handle, 2-1/2 ounce a great size for ice cream scoops. If I were to choose a different size I think I would consider the 2 ounce scoop, I wouldn't want to go larger than the 2-1/2 though.
zeroll scoops are perfect for scooping ice cream. They do not freeze up like other scoops so you don't have to worry about scraping your ice cream off the scoop.
This is a high quality, well made ice cream scooper that will last! It scoops ice cream so easily that you will be amazed. It is also very easy to clean.
very durable and efficient product. We will definitely reorder from this company. The size is just what we were looking for. Shipping was rapid and on time.
The Zeroll scoop works well. The only problem we had with it is that the coating wears off in hard water and makes the scoop look bad.
This is absolutely the best scooper in the market. It can be used by left handed folks, and it's easy to clean, and better for your wrists than the pesky button scoopers that fall apart after some time, and are a pain to clean.
These scoopers are very good but at the end of the day I dont notice much difference between these and the original aluminum versions. Unless you really want the black color i would recomend the aluminum version. Also when cleaning every day the coating sometimes gets scraped and can come off which i don't feel great about.
By far the best ice cream scooper out there. The ice cream does not stick to the scooper and it makes a nice, round shape. They seem very sturdy and will last a long time.
This is a nice ice cream scooper! It is better than the basic plastic handled scoops because ice cream release easily! Great for ice cream/dessert stations on a buffet!!!
This item is great for dipping kids ice cream in our store. It is easy to hold and glides through the ice cream. I would recommend this item to all.
