This Lavex Zap N Trap 18 watt UV replacement bulb provides ultraviolet lighting that attracts insects and flies to your pest control device and away from customers. This bulb is a perfect replacement for the one that came with your your Lavex Zap N Trap 18 watt insect trap wall sconce, and select other compatible units. It boasts a 4 pin, 2G11 style base, and an average life of 6000 hours. This bulb features a CRI (Color Rendering Index) of 24.6, and bulb temperature (luring bulb color - K) of 30000. Each bulb contains a chemical coating that maximizes the amount of UV light it transmits. To maintain the coating and the trap's optimum effectiveness, replace bulbs every 9-12 months, ideally at the beginning of Spring.

Insect season is here and it was time for a new bulb for the wall sconce trap. These bulbs just cannot be found at the local hardware or DIY, so I was pleasantly surprised that Webstaurant had them, and at a very reasonable price, too! Just put the bulb in yesterday, and as you can see by the pic, it's definitely doing the job!
