Whole Milk Powder Blend 50 lb. Bag

Could not find info on how many gallons a 50lbs bag would make via the webpage. Here it is: We received our 50 lbs bag and weighed 1 cup of powder. It was 125g of powder. Recipe calls for 4.5 cups of powder to make 1 gallon of milk. So you use 469g of powder per gallon. A 50lbs bag is 22,680g. So you can get about 48.5 gallons from a 50lbs bag. About a pound of dry powder per gallon of milk. The nutrition facts presented also were ambiguous. They say that a serving is 100g. But does not say if that is powder or milk. Must be mixed milk because 1/2 a cup of water is about 125g. So an 8oz glass of this stuff (1 cup) appears to be 1,000 calories, 78g carbohydrate, 52g protein, and 56g of fat (170% of daily saturated fat). No wonder it tastes so dang good!

This is a 5 star buy across the board WAS VERY SKEPTICAL on this item. My advice don't get caught sleeping on this one. This milk is top shelf and taste very good you don't think it's dried milk once reconstituted. I just used my hands to mix it after i boiled my water and then off the the fridge overnight to chill and WOW it's great...not good ......GREAT. Yes it's pricey but well worth it.

It's difficult to find a good quality whole dry milk. I'm using for cream of wheat, hot chocolate and recipes that call for either dry milk or liquid. Plan to store in Mylar bags for long term storage. Nice for those times I've run out of milk. Love having on hand!

Do not hesitate to order this whole milk. I have tried different options and this was by far the best quality and value. As long as the quality remains top notch in the future this will be my go to product.

This is the best of all the powders I've tried. You just can't beat fat (28.5%). If only this could be made without Oxydized Cholesterol, it would be perfect. But who cares with the world situation.

Have been using this for a couple weeks now. Really good milk. I mix it a little weaker than recommended, tastes like real milk instead of the watered down white colored stuff they call milk in the grocery store.

I was surprised at how rich and creamy this is. I use it primarily for baked goods, but I did also make it into regular milk to try it, and it is really delicious- very rich tasting.

What a surprise! I did not expect this milk powder too be so delicious. I bought it as a backstop to the hoarding caused by COVID 19. Cold water and a good blender are all you need to reconstitute it into delicious whole milk. Experimenting with ratios gives you many options for protein shakes and cooking.

This whole milk powder is the best I've used. Dissolves completely when mixed and has a rich, creamy taste. You'd never know this was powdered milk! We love it!

Amazing product. We now use this for our are milk needs in the kitchen. However, I don't believe we are able to make cream/butter from it. I've tried a few attempts.

This has been so helpful to reduce waste. I only need to mix what we need. Very easy to dissolve and chill. Simply add 1 cup of powder to warm water in a mason jar. Shake and then fill to the top with water. It tastes better than fresh from the store. Definitely worth the price for convenience, flavor and value!

This milk powder has worked amazing with our baked goods.

I am sure that it was not spoiled but it had a very strong odor that sometimes affected the flavor.

I haven't tasted milk this good since I used to milk the cows with mamaw as a young kid. Best milk ever. I drink 2 gallons of this every week. Just put 4 cups of powder into a 1 gallon glass jug and mix well. I add warm water to the powder and then shake and mix really good. Let it sit in the fridge for a couple of hours, and it's delicious. Protein is 24.5% I feel better after changing from store bought milk to this powdered whole milk. I've lost 20 pounds too ! High Recommend !

This milk powder was just what we needed

Deliver pretty fast except did not rang the door bell. So it is under the sun for a while. Good thing no one took it.

This stuff is the best!! I like using this more than regular milk
