Great milk, and it froths very well for coffee drinks. I give it three stars because I use it with my bean-to-cup coffee machines, and it clogs up the machine. Wish there was an option to purchase a 2 lb bag so I can test it before buying a 50 lb bag. I did use it all, but it was a drag, clogging up and requiring more frequent cleaning.

I have used this dry milk for everything from cooking to making hot cocoa and it’s always great. I store it in smaller bags using my vacuum sealer to maintain freshness.
