This unit features a large 1 gallon capacity hopper so you can prepare large quantities of your signature tomato sauces, jams, or juices all at once, saving you valuable preparation time. The ergonomic crank handle is easy to turn for effortless use, while the dual-mount system provides the option to use suction cups or C-clamps to keep the unit securely in place. And, thanks to the included stomper, you can safely apply extra pressure to the food to help guide it through the hopper while protecting your fingers from harm.
A multi-purpose stainless steel screen with 1.5mm holes is included to filter out unwanted seeds and skin from your tomatoes and apples, eliminating the need to peel or core your produce prior to preparing your sauces and purees. For added versatility, the included 4-piece accessory kit features a berry screen, a pumpkin/squash screen, a salsa screen, and a grape spiral, allowing you to vary the consistency of your purees to create anything from smooth pie fillings to chunky salsas.
