Useless. There is a gap between the plates and the paddle so it acts more as a lame grater than a food mill. Purchased the additional 4mm plate - would have been perfect for IDDSI Level MM5 in healthcare setting. I took a chance on the budget option and it failed. I may manage to bend the paddle into position but I should not have to.
