    Works great! Stuffed a lot of sausage. The gears gave out in 10 months, Weston sent new parts at no charge. Need to keep the tub lubricated. Easy to clean and assemble.
    This tool is built strong and to last. Everything feels very sturdy and breaks down to clean very well. cranks the sausage consistent and has been a great tool for us making sausage and boudin.
    This is an amazing price for this product. I live in Las Vegas and saw the same tool for more. Webstaurant is really helping small business owners by giving such great prices.
    I was borrowing a friends stuffer from a different company. It has plastic gears that were a pain to keep alive, this stuffer changed that in a heartbeat! It is heavy duty with steel gears and comes apart easily to clean. However I had to put a little locktite on the nut that holds the handle on due to it backing off as you rotate the handle. Also the elbow that comes out of the bottom of the main storage pot has some not so pretty welds along with the grinding, so there are some crevices and pits that can be a pain to clean out but overall a good product with a little bit of scrubbing after clean out.
    This stuffer is great! The metal gears provide extreme durability and the multiple speed setting allows for easy stuffing and quick refilling. It's very ideal for any charcutier!
