Use the Weston 07-3101-W-A manual meat tenderizer on tough cuts of meat to give them a softer, more succulent texture. Not only will your steaks and roasts be easier to chew, they will absorb marinades better and require less cooking time. The Weston tenderizer takes the hard work out of tenderizing your meat; instead of hefting a heavy mallet, you simply crank a handle and feed the meat inside the tenderizer, where stainless steel blades create tiny cuts in the muscle fibers.

Stainless Steel Blades
This tenderizer features 31 stainless steel blades that are designed to slice through the toughest portions of meat. Use cuts of beef, chicken, or pork that are up to 1 1/4" thick. The stainless steel combs will prevent meat from wrapping around the blades and getting caught.
The base of the tenderizer easily mounts to your table or counter top with the included c-clamps, making it easy to crank the handle. When the job is done, the unit can be easily removed for cleaning.
The Weston tenderizer is constructed of cast aluminum with a food-grade coating for providing long-lasting durability. The heavy duty crank lets you work through large batches of meat at a time, and the two leg design allows for increased stability.
Easy Clean Up
Featuring a two-piece housing, the tenderizer is easy to disassemble at the end of the night. Hand wash all parts in soapy water and dry immediately.
Use the included tongs to feed your cuts of meat into the chute, protecting your fingers from the sharp, interior blades.

I bought this a couple of years ago when it was sold with both the jerky slicer blade and the tenderizer blades. I use it for jerky only, so I don't know about the tenderizer. But, the jerky slicer is fantastic. A make chicken jerky as dog treats. I share it with MANY people so I make a lot! This slicer made a job that I did by hand and took me hours, to a quick and easy crank of the hand. I LOVE IT. There is only one problem with it, it's not dishwasher safe! That's really a BIG problem in my eyes. Trying to wash the cutting blades is dangerous. They warn you to use cut proof gloves when using it. I found that the only time I need the gloves is in trying to wash the blades. So hand washing is NOT for me. I put it in the top of my dishwasher and it cleans the blades beautifully. BUT the screws that were used to build the tenderizer and the blade mechanism are NOT rust proof! So, my first blade died in a year because the screw wasn't holding it in place anymore. I STILL use the dishwasher and I KNOW it will rust but a trip to the ER would be worse and more costly than replacing it. I notified Weston about the problem and they did a one time replacement of the blade mechanism. I would prefer they upgraded their screws! And I told them so! Anyway, I think this is a terrific machine. BTW, the chute is narrow. If your meat is too thick it might jam the mechanism, which is a royal pain to undo. I hold the breasts down and run a sharp knife through the middle so it's thin enough to go through without a problem. A found beef was even easier as long as it isn't cut too thick to go through the chute. And, boy, does my dog love liver! It, too, has been run through this machine. I just love it! I'll keep buying these, as I need them, because I truly love the convenience of them!

Great Great tenderizer every meat cut we put through it came out great, was a little disapointed when the motor i ordered to go with this unit did not fit this tenderizer. But the tenderizer turns so easy my wife said she had no trouble tenderizing the stakes we had for supper a day or two later as we had not tenderized these stakes yet they were frozen when we done the first batch of beef and pork. Tenderizer really makes a difference when you are looking for a good tender stake or chop off the grill.

Tenderizer works for what it is. BUT the opening between the legs is so narrow that it is difficult to find a container that will fit. Plus unless you are tenderizing a lot of meat, probably not worth it to have to take the machine a part and clean everytime.
