This has saved me so much time it's unbelievable. We processed 26 lbs of tomatoes in a hour instead of 4-6 hours processing them by hand. Processed 41 quarts in one weekend. It is very easy to take apart and clean and seems like it will last a very long time. I got the extra sieves and am looking forward to trying them

Finally, a way to process concord grapes for grape pie that is not labor consuming!! I'll be having grape pie again this summer!! WOOHOO!!!
