Wells 5E-F30 Details

Rapidly cook french fries, onion rings, chicken tenders, and other fried foods with ease using this Wells 5E-F30 30 lb. electric countertop fryer! Boasting a compact 24" x 24" footprint, this countertop model sits on 4" legs and can produce up to 64 lb. of french fries an hour, making it the perfect choice for applications like snack shops, concession stands, quaint restaurants, or food trucks. Equipped with one full size, side hanging fry basket per fry pot, you'll be able to fry, drain, and serve products quickly with minimum downtime. And, since the controls are independent of one another, you can cook two different products at the same time with no flavor transfer, or turn one side off completely to save energy during non-peak hours. With a durable stainless steel construction, you'll be assured that this unit is built with dependability in mind.

This countertop fryer comes with a number of great, user-friendly benefits. One piece tubular heating elements provide controlled, even heat distribution under your products, which offers unmatched efficiency for your business. Two snap action thermostats with adjustable ranges from 200-375 degrees Fahrenheit allow you to fry a wide variety of products, and thanks to the high-limit indicators, the user will always be warned if the oil exceeds a safe temperature. To ease the cleaning experience, the heating elements flip up and out of the way, and the entire fry pot can be removed. A 208-240V electrical connection is required.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product. the previous iteration of their 2 tub Counter top electric fryer was rock solid and continually operated as expected under the most rigourous use. This model is the opposite of that. I have purchased 4 of these and every single one has started with a bad thermostat on the right burned with in 3mos. After utilizing the warranty for repair, the left thermostat began acting up within 60 days of fixing the right side. Due to the constant resetting of the high limit caused by the cheap thermostats the Highimit/reset buttons stop working. at the 18 month mark we have started having issues with the on/off switches not fully contacting, allowing the fryer to turn off while still in the "ON" Position. One repair was due to just plane bad wiring according to the service tech. issues unrelated to electrical parts: Clips Holding thermostat and highlimit Read More
