EXCELLENT quality beef. The only reason I took 1 star off the review is because when these bags are thawing they leaked a lot of blood everywhere which means the bags have holes in them, which is not good. Every single bag leaked a lot of blood when they thawed, literally every single bag. So, take that into consideration when purchasing. I am very careful with storage, so this is how they are either handled in the facility they ship from or during shipment.

This beef has great flavor and is very juicy. It has enough fat to be tender in meatloaf and burgers, but it is not too fatty so the dish does not get greasy. The meat is not watery like some cheap ground beef. We thought that because it is made of round, it could be chew, but it is not chewy at all. It works great in our stuffed cabbage.

Warrington Farm Ground Round is a must have in the freezer. I made burgers on the GRILL and they flavor was GREAT! The price was GOOD!

This is another good product leaner then regular ground beef I like to use it to make meatloaf I make them bake them then freeze them and I have part of a meal already made all I have to do then is the sides that go with it and a meal is ready. This is nice to do in the winter when I can use the oven I get to heat the house as well. Good in the winter for Shepards pie, buying in bulk means I can do several things this can also be used for cheeseburger macaroni. I can fix just a nice big burger and have a sandwitch.

Excellent buy. But the price is ridiculous. I just hope the price doesn't increase again. But other than that. Definitely Excellent buy.

OMG, my husband and I are addicted to this wonderful meat. We had never had it before. To be honest, I always thought that the extra lean ground beef was the best type of ground beef until we tasted this. This is like eating in heaven. It is so tender it literally melts in your mouth and it tastes heavenly. Seriously. We will never go back to regular ground beef.

Bought this during the pandemic when the prices though my distributor doubles and then doubled again in a week. a little more greasy then what I was buying but still good burger.
