I did not expect this to be as good as it is. We use it for our "cheap" knives and the good thing about it is that anyone, with a small amount of training, can operate it successfully. It works very well, and we have been able to keep our knives sharp and safe.

Waring does it again. Durable products at reasonable prices. The WKS800 doesn't do quite as good of a job as a professional knife service, and it will wear down the serrations on serrated knives over time, but it's worth the value. There's nothing as important as keeping your knives sharp!
