I purchased this equipment for a deli I have recently
Opened. The plates have begun to chip and the non stick material has flaked off into customers food. As you can imagine I have had to refund guests for this problem. I have never used any cleaners that would cause this to happen. Not a good product and now I have to use foil sheets to avoid the chips of non stick material from getting in the food. Very disappointed
