We use this fryer in our restaurants. It works great if you have a small area where you cannot fit a larger size fryer. It holds temperature pretty well and is durable.

Cannot withhold commercial use. Heating element went out in less than 6 months and isn’t available for purchase or repair. Will not be purchasing this item again.

This fryer will not turn on at all. Product only lasted 7 months from the date of the order. Too much money for that length of time.

This fryer has been working great for us so far. We use it to fry Filipino spring rolls (lumpia) basically all day. Heats up quickly, fries quickly and evenly. Compact design doesn't take up a lot of counter space.

Highly disappointed in this product. Fryer worked fine. Lasted 8 months and cannot be repaired. We used it for 4 hours, 5 days a week. and only flash fried calamari in it. Don't waste your money. 90 day warranty.

It did what it was suppose to do for 4 hours straight.. easy to clean and start over again... Slot of people was like WOW

So far this has been great for us. We purchased this for small deep frying of churro discs and it heats fast, stays hot and is easy to operate. The on and ready indicator lights are very useful and it disassembles easily to clean all parts and empty used oil. Assuming it lasts a long time it's been just what we needed.

Eating fryer is a quality piece like every eating item I have ever owned. One section. Cools down significantly with items such as potatoes. Better for doing fish or smaller items that don't require much oil.

Great Fryer! Heats up pretty quickly and the size is more than enough, can keep up with orders without a problem. Make sure only fill up to the line because the basket will still be partially in the oil when you hook it on to rest.

Compact and functional. W/ limited space in our kitchen we purchased. It does a job great in frying our dumplings! Make sure you have extra baskets.

This is a great small deep fryer for the home cook! Great for small batches of fresh french fries or deep fried appetizers! Easy to use!!!

great fryer, heat recovery quick, clean up is what I'd expected, the unit breaks down for a thourgh cleaning. true NSF rating. would reconmend to anyone that needs a smaller fryer.

This is a pretty decent electric deep fryer. It would be ideal for mom and pop type places that wouldn't need to be frying a lot of items every day.
