This product adds compelling value without taking up precious space. Designed to mount to compatible Vulcan and Wolf gas and electric griddles, this griddle top has an easy to use one-hand clamshell lift mechanism that lowers the cooking plate onto bacon, burgers, paninis, or any other food that you want to cook on both sides. A 9/16" thick fully welded Rapid Recovery composite griddle plate heats up quickly and evenly for a consistent cooking surface. To fit your unique needs, this product can be mounted on the left or right of your existing heavy-duty griddle.

The high efficiency internal flat bar heating element maximizes production volume and reduces energy usage. Constructed of durable stainless steel front, top, and sides, with a anodized aluminum arm, this griddle top is made to withstand the wear-and-tear of a commercial kitchen and is non-corrosive. The simple to use on/off switch and LED indicator lights conveniently identify which mode the unit is in, while the thermostat easily adjusts from 200-450 degrees Fahrenheit. A junction box is included for field line connection, as no power cord is included, and a 208V electrical connection is required for operation of this unit.
