Also, the stainless steel cabinet is easy to clean and helps to maintain the interior temperature of the cabinet while keeping the outside of the unit cooler to the touch than competitive units.
Convenient Features
The control panel is recessed and mounted at the top of the cabinet so that it's easy to access and out of the way when you need to transport the cabinet. The simple power and heating indicator lights, dial thermostat with an adjustable temperature range of ambient to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature read-out dial make it easy to use this holding cabinet. Plus, to maintain even internal temperatures, this heating cabinet features two 1000W calrod elements, a fan, and air funnel.
