Maintain your food's temperature and quality by adding this Vulcan VHFA9-1M3ZN half size non-insulated heated holding cabinet to your catering business or restaurant! This non-insulated cabinet has a clear door that allows you to easily see what foods you have ready to serve. Also, the stainless steel cabinet is easy to clean and helps to maintain the interior temperature of the cabinet while keeping the outside of the unit cooler to the touch than competitive units.

This holding cabinet can accommodate up to (9) 18" x 26" pans or (18) 12" x 20 pans up to 2 3/4" deep. With the fixed interior pan supports, you can be sure that your food pans are secure when you need to roll this unit around your facility. Plus, the pan supports can be removed at the end of the day for easier cleaning.

The control panel is recessed and mounted at the top of the cabinet so that it's easy to access and out of the way when you need to transport the cabinet. The simple power and heating indicator lights, dial thermostat with an adjustable temperature range of ambient to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature read-out dial make it easy to use this holding cabinet. Plus, to maintain even internal temperatures, this heating cabinet features two 600W calrod elements, a fan, and air funnel.

This model has 5" casters, two swivel caster with brakes and two rigid casters, to make it easy to move around your restaurant or banquet venue. A 120V, 1200W electrical connection is required for operation.

Insulated Holding Cabinets are better suited for keeping food hot when the doors will be opened and closed much more frequently, since they are better equipped at retaining the heat.
