Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. This heavy-duty unit boasts 3 burners with 30,000 BTU of power each and 50,000 BTU of power from its standard oven, making it perfect for a variety of cooking needs. In addition, each burner has its own individual pilot and controls so you can customize your cooking process as desired. Its 3/4" thick polished steel griddle plate heats evenly and will stand up to years of heavy use in your busy kitchen.
Made of durable stainless steel, this two-in-one griddle top and standard oven provides optimal performance in one unit. The standard oven boasts a temperature range of 150-550 degrees Fahrenheit and a 27" x 27" x 13" oven cavity for versatile cooking. It also includes one rack capable of three positions to allow you to comfortably place casseroles, roasts, and more properly in the oven. Plus, the base oven sits on 6" adjustable stainless steel legs to create the perfect working height while making it easy to clean underneath for a safe, sanitary kitchen!
