If your fryer doesn't have a built-in filtration system, this 16 gauge stainless steel vessel is the perfect way to get the same great benefits without purchasing a whole new fryer. Easy to Use
Using the 6" casters, roll the machine under your fryer drain, allowing the used oil to flow through the included crumb catching basket to remove any large debris or food scraps. After the oil has drained, place the return hose nozzle in your fryer, turn on the 1/3 hp pump, and refill the fryer with clean oil at 8 gallons per minute.
Dishwasher-Safe Components
When you're finished, the stainless steel mesh screen, filter pan, and crumb basket can all be placed in the dishwasher for a thorough cleaning. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
