Vollrath TR8D Details
This Vollrath Traex® 4 13/16" high beige 16-compartment full size glass rack gives you the flexibility you need with the outstanding strength, adaptability, versatility, and durability you want in today's food service establishment! And, thanks to its beige color, it ensures immediate identification in a color-coded operation.
Built in base rack dividers provide 100% vertical protection for your glassware while an open profile allows top-to-bottom and side-to-side thorough washing and air circulation. A co-polymer plastic construction ensures chemical, impact, and heat resistance up to 180 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes, so you're sure your glassware will always get a good cleaning and sanitizing in your dish machine. And don't forget that sixteen individual compartments help to prevent chipping and breakage during machine washing and storage! Also, for your convenience, this glass rack also features handles on all four sides for convenient handling and reinforced index strips for 4-way tracking.
Should I buy glass racks that match the diameter of my glasses, or should I buy the next size up?
Since glassware can have slight size variances, it is a good idea to buy glass racks with compartments slightly larger than the maximum diameter of the glasses.

I actually think these glass racks are on the heavy side and we put pretty heavy rocks glasses in them. It hasn't been a problem for our guys but if you plan on stacking many of them just be careful! They are great glass racks and color coding helps my crew.
