Vollrath TR21 Details
This Vollrath TR21 Traex® full-size insulated tray rack is ideal for washing insulated plate covers, steam table pans, and insulated trays! The wire insert keeps trays and other items upright in the optimum position for washing. Each divider is spaced 3" apart to fit larger items like steam table pans. The wire insert is removable for easy cleaning and storage. Available in a light beige color, this rack is an excellent addition to a color coded warewashing system. By adding this rack as part of a color coded system, your employees can prevent cross contamination and ensure the best washing results by being able to tell at a glance what each rack should be used for.
