Whether you're serving hot food, cold, or a mixture of both, this heat resistant adapter plate will help keep your serving pans and, more importantly, your food, at the perfect temperature for your guests. Designed to hold (1) 2.6 qt. au gratin dish, this plate boasts a thermoset resin construction that won't warp or fade, and features a patterned design that not only looks great, but helps minimize the appearance of wear. It is heat-resistant up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and features an underside integral rib design to ensure a secure fit in your standard 12" x 20" hot or cold well, warmer, or chafer.
