Designed to hold (2) 1.8 qt. oval au gratin dishes, this plate boasts a thermoset resin construction that won't warp or fade, and features a patterned design that not only looks great, but helps minimize the appearance of wear. It is heat-resistant up to 300 degrees Fahrenheit and features an underside integral rib design to ensure a secure fit in your standard 12" x 20" hot or cold well, warmer, or chafer.
