The cart features a durable polyform countertop with (5) 3 1/2 qt. bain marie pots, which provide built-in space for merchandising toppings. Fill the pots with portion size packets of ketchup or soy sauce, or use them to offer sugar packets and small paper products.

Below the counter is an indoor base with an open storage area on the front. This space not only makes storing product easy, it allows you to keep back-up product on stand-by wherever you are. This helps minimize the trips to refill the cart, especially when extra product is kept elsewhere in the building.

This cart is made of aluminum composite material, which ensures durability while making the cart easy to move. Heavy-duty casters make this mobility possible, and because they're heavy-duty, they withstand high-use applications. To protect the cart during transport, a toe kick absorbs accidental impact if the user bumps into it. A 1" bumper spans each side, too. If knocked into a door, wall, or piece of equipment, the bumper prevents the collision from causing damage to the cart.
