I use Vollrath Full Size Aluminum Egg Poacher cup on a regular basis. I have not noticed any sign of wear at the neck, even after multiple uses. Works well, great solid construction, not too heavy and easy to order. I have been very impressed with all of the Vollrath products I have ordered fro Webstaurant and would recommend.
