First we did not receive the glass cups that were described. It arrived damaged as well due to the fact there was no protective packaging. Outside of those issues, the product itself did not seem to met the value placed upon the price. It would be ok for home use. The product itself consists of a very thin hotel style pan. The poacher cups seamed to be very flimsy. The tab on the cup can been bent without hardly any force. There are higher quality poachers out there that we have found for cheaper.

We poach a lot of eggs and this pan is indispensable. If you need a poacher buy this kit. Don't try to buy the inserts individually, you need the lid and it is not available apart from the kit.
