This cast aluminum Colonial kettle is coated with copper-colored epoxy for a traditional appearance and long-lasting durability, while an 11 qt. inset holds plenty of your best-selling soups for dozens of hungry customers.
For maximum heat control, this 700-watt kettle is thermostatically adjusted with recessed controls to minimize tampering and accidental readjustment. A simple hinged lid traps heat inside when closed for heating efficiency, and it effortlessly flips up for easy access. A deck of display cards and compatible clips are also included to effectively advertise the names of different soups in each kettle. This kettle looks great in front of the house for our self serve soup concept. It performs well, but the outer coating started to peel after about one year from the heat of using it. I still think it is worth the purchase price because after the peeling started, we moved it to the back of house and it is still performing fine.
