Designed for high volume, non-stop cooking and holding, the Vollrath 69505 Ultra Series drop in induction cooker range is the perfect addition to heavy traffic buffet tables in your banquet hall, buffet, or even cruise ship! Accommodating pans up to 10 1/4" bottom diameter, it requires a 15 7/8" x 16 1/8" cutout space.
A remote digital control lets you take complete control over high temperatures for saute, stock pot, or sauce pot applications, and low temperatures for products like delicate sauces, cremes, or chocolates. The control panel requires a 7 1/4" x 3 7/8" cut out and has a 3 foot cord.
Safety features such as an empty pan cut off, 3 hour auto shutoff, and oversized fan help conserve energy and extend the life of the drop in induction range.
The Vollrath Ultra Series 69505 drop in induction cooker range has a 208/240V, 14.6 amp, 3000 watt electrical rating.
