This dicing blade assembly features a pop-in, pop-out design to quickly swap out with the one that came with your dicer so you can minimize downtime and get your prep operation back up to speed. When paired with the appropriate push block (sold separately), you can also use this blade assembly to change the cut style of any InstaCut 5.1 manual food processing unit.
Durable Serrated Blades
Ideal for slicing and dicing onions, peppers, and tomatoes, this blade assembly features durable serrated blades that create clean, consistent cuts with 50% less cutting force than straight blades. Plus, the thermoset blade frame never requires adjustment and will never corrode.

One of the blade liner broke on the first use itself. Webstaurant was helpful to answer the questions. The only concern was it took approx 3 weeks to sort out the entire order and this was a long time when we did not have a blade and had to do everything manually.
