When paired with the appropriate push block (sold separately), you can also use this blade assembly to change the cut style of any InstaCut 5.1 manual food processing unit.

Ideal for slicing and dicing onions, peppers, and tomatoes, this blade assembly features durable serrated blades that create clean, consistent cuts with 50% less cutting force than straight blades. Plus, the thermoset blade frame never requires adjustment and will never corrode.
