Works well but lasted me 6 months. A small knob on the back of the attachment fell off to keep it in place and prevent it from rotating when turning on. It hurt one of my employees. I reached out and they responded and never got back to me when I told them the issue. They have yet to contact me to fix the issue.

We used one for 10 years of medium duty grinding of beef and seafood burgers. The motor starting sounding a little laboured a few months ago so we thought it would be best to buy another for every day use and have the old one for back up.
The Vollrath #12 Meat Grinder is a perfect table top meat grinder for our catering business. We do a lot of Pate and different sausages in our business and the Vollrath meat Grinder is always ready to go!!
Have researched a lot when comparing the cheaper Avantco model to this one, and I don't regret paying more. The boy is all stainless steel and is very easy to keep clean, and it's Vollrath! That's a good quality brand, and the price I found here, is the very best you would find anywhere else, so don't even bother to look for a better deal.
If weight signals quality, this meat grinder is of the highest. It\'s built like a tank, yet very sleek and nice. The stainless steel meat tray on top is fantastic. I like that everything is metal and of the highest quality. The carrying handle makes moving this beast very convenient.
