The Vollrath 38073 cutting board is designed to add utility to your ServeWell® 3-pan hot food table, allowing you to do quick prepping and staging of food for service at your buffet or event. The board is made of durable polyethylene, which stands up to commercial use without dulling your blades like harder materials would.
