18/8 Stainless Steel

Thanks to the pan's corrosion-resistant 18/8 stainless steel construction, you can expect exceptional durability and top-level performance day after day. Plus, the pan won't pit or discolor, and it helps limit flavor transfer to keep your recipes tasting the way they should.

Welded Handles

The handles are welded securely to the pan, so there's no worry of them ever loosening or breaking off during busy shifts.

Aluminum Clad Bottom

The pan's 1/4" thick aluminum clad bottom heats faster than stainless steel and offers superior heat distribution.

Curved Sides

The curved sides allow you to move food around the pan quickly and easily without losing any of your ingredients.

Customer Q&A Ask a Question

What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.

For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.
Are the capacities given in the description exact?
