I'm 2 months into commercial use with it. It's a Vitamix: it makes THE SMOOTHEST emulsion out of entire barrel. The competitors just can't make it this smooth. Every brand burns out eventually, let's not pretend these things last forever. But if you recipe needs THE SMOOTHEST SMOOTH, get the vitamix. They should sponsor me. I love this thing.
Seemed like it would be a great blender, unfortunately it only lasted 6.5 months before the motor started to burn out.
