Really bad packaging. The mugs were only separated by a thin cardboard inside a box. As a result, one of the mugs came broken and there was no way to get a replacement without buying another set. Webstaurant refunded the price of one mug. But to make things worse, this mug isn't a white color. It's more like ivory, warm creamy white. Not what I was looking for and not what the stock image showed. The quality of the mug seems to be good though and it stacks well.
