Equip your kitchen with this Vikan blue paddle scraper blade! This food-safe scraper has a blade with a thin, sharp edge to scrape substances from the sides of containers before cleaning. The durable, flexible polypropylene construction easily conforms during use to remain tight against the cleaning surface. This helps to reduce waste by ensuring that you are scraping all of the product out of your mixing bowl.

The blue color allows this scraper to be used as part of an HACCP color-coded system to prevent cross-contamination in your kitchen. It is threaded to attach to Vikan euro-threaded handles (sold separately), allowing it to reach into medium- to large-sized food containers and mixing bowls. Use this scraper to efficiently clean and empty out used bowls and containers.
