For the home kitchen, why would anyone waste tons of money, when they can get a set of restaurant quality pots and pans by Vigor. I am very pleased using every piece of the set. Cooking is even, construction is sturdy, and cleaning the pans is easy (even when I overheated and burned food on the bottom).
