Saber King: How to Use Video

Assembling the Saber King system is easy. With the blade and pusher head assemblies stacked on top of each other, the blade assembly on the bottom, set the stack in the platform's cavity. Leave the blades on the bottom and then pick up the pusher head, inserting it into the slots on the top half of the chassis. Make sure to flip the blue knobs to lock the assembly in place. Do this for the bottom assembly, too. When you're finished with that, place the produce on the blades, flip the switch on the handle to release it, and quickly press down on the handle to slice. The food pan below the machine (this should be placed there before slicing) will catch the slices of tomato or other produce.
