Saber King by Prince Castle 980-000-50C Details
As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 980-000-50C dicer pusher head assembly simplifies cutting consistent accurate and smooth cuts. When used with the 1/4" blade assembly, the pusher head helps to create 1/4" chunks of produce, which are the perfect size for adding to soups, stews, salads, and other delicious dishes.
When the dicer pusher head is attached to the Saber King chassis (sold separately), it's easily locked and secured in place above the blades and attached to the top half of the unit. When the unit is in use, the head pushes the fruit or vegetable into the blades for easy cutting. An entire vegetable or piece of fruit is diced with a single press on the unit's handle, expediting your food prep process with optimal efficiency.
