Saber King by Prince Castle 980-000-12B Details

As part of the Saber King fruit and vegetable slicing system, the Prince Castle 980-000-12B tomato slicer blade assembly allows you to create consistently accurate and smooth slices. Each slice is 1/4", which is the perfect width for tomatoes to top salads, sandwiches, and other delicious dishes.

When the tomato slicer blade assembly is attached to the Saber King chassis (sold separately), the blades are placed within the platform and are easily locked and secured in place. Up to 4 tomatoes can be sliced with just a press of the unit's handle, expediting your food prep process with optimal efficiency.

Because safety is paramount, the Saber King features special blade covers that ensure that the sharp blades don't injure the operator or other members of your staff. Plus, to use the unit, the operator must use both hands to slice and cut, meaning that accidental knocks into the unit won't place your staff in danger. This assembly set should only be used for slicing tomatoes, as other food products may damage the blade assembly.
