Victorinox 7.6259.11 2 1/2" x 2 1/2" Solid Mini Turner - Polypropylene Handle

NO batch of cookies is complete without this turner. I've used it tray after tray and wouldn't hesitate to order it again if I needed to.

I wanted something a little bit smaller to use for when I make cookies at my restaurant and these are absolutely perfect and I would buy them again.

The most useful turner we have owned, great for taking bars from pan or scrapping off a surface of grease or dough crud, also for scrapping fried on stuff from fry pan will definetly buy again

Oh wow, we LOVE this serving spatula! I was looking to replace our favorite one that was carried off by someone else at a large function one time and was very excited to find a close look-alike here. We gave it a shot, and, if possible, we like it better than our other original one! It's sturdy, well balanced, just the right size in the hand and with the food. It makes perfect cuts into casseroles, lasagna, german pancakes, enchiladas, breakfast cakes... When we make cornbread for breakfast, it makes the exact right size of a square serving and then cuts through the square on your plate so you can butter each side before you add honey. We've had ours for almost a year and it still looks like new. Easy to use, easy to clean.

this small turner works great for removing cookies from pans. as well as sliders. it is very durable and is comfortable to hold Very pleased!

This mini turner works very well, It has held together with no problems at all. It works well getting baked goods out of the corners of baking pans.

This was quite the useful little turner while it lasted, which unfortunately wasn't too long. The handle separated from the blade after about a month of moderate use which was surprising to me. Victorinox usually makes very solid tools, which makes me think that mine was an anomaly. I wouldn't expect to have this issue again.

Nice little turner when a standard sized one is too large. Good for making uniform square cuts in casseroles or for precision flipping of grilled items in our cast iron skillets. I have to buy more as cooks fight over this one.

This is absolutely the right size for removing cookies from a pan. The steel blade won't melt and you can rapidly remove cookies to the cooling rack.
