Victorinox 10" Chef Knife with Blue Fibrox Handle 5.2002.25

Wanted a larger Chef's knife to compliment my 8" and this does not disappoint. I got it for when dealing with large vegetables and when needing to chop large quantities of veggies. Same great Victorinox quality and a fair price. These knives are robust sharp and have the nice fibrox handle which affords a good grip even when slippery, perfect balance between professional and home use in my opinion.

One of my daily drivers. I use this and an 8" from Victorinox in my kit and they're awesome. Couple wisks across the hone and back to razorblade status. Best knife for the buck, hands down.

The Victorinox 10 inch chef’s knife is my daily workhorse in the kitchen! Strong enough to break down chicken and hardy vegetables, but light enough to comfortably mince garlic or perform precision cuts. Great price, and great performance!

Have used this type of knife for years and this brand cannot be beat. For the cost and the way that they wear over time. Easily to sharpen and holds up to years and years of abuse with little to show for it.

Even though this knife is large, it is still very sturdy. The blade is very sharp and it cuts easily. I love how the handle is easy to grip and it doesn't slip from your hands. This is an excellent knife for any commercial kitchen.

This is an amazing knife for the money. It’s durable enough to chop chicken bones, yet fine enough to thinly slice vegetables. The thick fibrox handle is really comfortable. I love this knife.

We bought all new victorinox knives with the hope that they would perfrom well for the price. Truth is they perform as well as much higher priced knives.

This knife is great to use long razor sharp edge light but very sturdy it's just a great knife to use I think it is a must have knive in every kitchen

The Victorinox 10 inch chef knife is a very durable knife, however I find it too lightweight for heavy kitchen use I also find it very hard to sharpen well even with a quality stone. I have a much cheaper quality knife that can out perform this knife. I have been using this knife for over a year and a half and I have to say its a solid knife for cutting mostly light items like vegetables and cooked meats. The quality of this knife is decently built and not flimsy.

The chef of my restaurant loves the brand Victorinox, are quite resistant and easy to sharpen. The measure to buy will be according to the needs of the kitchen.

These knifes are the best ever. I have used them for many years. Stay nice and sharp and are easy to sharpen and hold their edge well. Very affordable also.

Hands down one of the best chef knifes on the market today. As with all of Victorinox knifes they are a joy to sharpen and keep an edge for a long time. This is do to the fact that they have no built up heel like forged knifes do.The price is great too thanks to Webstaurant.

Although I've NEVER carved a turkey before, I was tasked with carving 2 turkeys this Christmas and I wanted to do the job right and knew the cheap, dull knives I currently had were not going to cut it (no pun intended). After reading up on what to look for I decided to go with the Victorinox 40521 10" Chef Knife. The WEBstaurant Store easily had the best price for it and the customer service was top notch. I'm glad to report that after a few youtube tutorials I dispatched those birds with ease (with help of the 2 pack of flexible cutting boards, also from The WEBstaurant Store). My family and friends were highly impressed with the presentation. If you're just a regular home cook, looking to up your skills in the kitchen, I'd definitely recommend picking up this knife.

This knife seems sturdy enough, and does the job of cutting meat and cheese easily. It was very sharp to start with, but now it needs to find someone to sharpen it again. :-)

A great knife. I have used this knife for about 5 years and it is one of the best knives I have used, especially for the price. I am a big guy, so the 10" works well for me, but I would trust any of these Forschner knives.
