But as we've become more aware of customers' preferences, we decided to make our bakery soy-free. This allergen-free spray works great, and allows us to tell our customers that we are soy-free. All of our bread loaves, quick breads, muffins, etc. release very nicely from the pans....and that's all we can ask for!

I found out about this product while I visited teh Auntie Anne's Pretzels in the mall and noticed how one of the workers used the Vegalene oil spray to coat the baking sheets with the pretzels. I knew right away that I had to try this product, and so I did. I was not dissapointed by the quality of the Vegalene spray and use it frequently for frying and baking. The 16.5-ounce bottles are more than twice bigger than that of the Pam oil spray.
