With a fully automatic design and user-friendly capabilities, the Unic Stella Epic three group automatic espresso machine can help create one-of-a-kind hot beverages for your high-volume restaurant or coffee shop. Each group includes its own respective LCD color touch control boxes that let you select from 4 different dosing options, a start/stop button, customizable programming, and a cleaning function, while LED lighting on the group head illuminates the tray grid for increased visibility. In expert mode, record your own unique drinks with up to 5 recordable extraction profiles per group to set the values for doses, temperature, pre-infusions, and post-infusions. This makes it easy for you to create your own recipe that guests will love and that can be simply recreated with the push of a button.

Every barista remembers how long it took them to learn how to create that silky microfoam on top of a latte. Two steam wands allow you to steam and froth milk to make espressos and lattes, while a programmable, adjustable hot water dispenser gives you the option of serving teas or cocoas. However, the STEAM GLIDE on this machine is what sets it apart from the rest. Not only does it let you control the steam to micrometric levels, the DRY STEAM option delivers a saturated dry steam without suspended water particles. Additionally, the Cool Touch feature lets you control the steam without the risk of burns and is easier to clean after each use. It's easy for your hand to get tired from turning portafilters all day, but this unit's Energy Grip handle is inclined at 6 degrees to prevent cramping of the wrist and is made out of material that is shock absorbent to reduce vibrations. These features play an enormous part in the creation of perfect microfoam and your staff will undoubtedly notice, and appreciate, the difference.

The unit can dispense a single or double espresso with 1, 2, or 3 cups at a time, and a single spout and 3 double spout portafilters are included so you can optionally pour 2 cups from the same group. This feature, along with the Lunar ACAIA compact scale, ensures that the brew ratio of each shot and the extraction time are aligned with the timer, which starts as soon as the coffee makes contact with the cup. This built-in scale provides extreme accuracy, so you can be sure that each cup will have the same amount of product every time.

The EASYLOCK system creates a perfect seal with a simple twist of the handle so your portafilters do not leak or lose pressure. A large 3.8 gallon boiler utilizes the THERMALINK technology pressure sensor management system and PID temperature control to ensure that heat and pressure are maintained and evenly distributed between the different heating elements for a perfect shot of espresso. With stainless steel construction this machine is both durable and sleek in appearance for an attractive front-of-house look. The top of the machine serves as a large cup warmer, so you can keep espresso cups warm to maintain the temperature and color of the espresso longer. The easily adjustable drip tray can be set to 5 different positions and is perfect for filling various cup sizes. When it is time to update the unit's software, a USB interface allows for easy updating. This unit requires a 240V electrical connection for operation.
