This UUnger SmartColor 15.0 16" microfiber mop pad kit with mop handle and mop holder comes with everything you need to assemble your own microfiber mop and clean floors with ease. Compared to traditional, thin mop pads, these heavy-duty pads are made of thick, 15 mm pile microfiber with aggressive cleaning edges that require less water and scrubbing effort, making it easy to clean stone or tile floors with grout lines. Since the microfiber is made from inorganic materials, it reduces bacteria growth by 96% compared to regular mops to keep your mop and floor surfaces sanitary.

When used with water, these mop pads absorb 6 times their own weight to ensure effective liquid pick up, retention, and rinsing. Simply place each mop pad within the included 16" mop holder and attach the mop holder to the 53" long mop handle to begin cleaning your floor surfaces. The mop holder collapses at the touch of a button in order to easily change out the different mop pads or simply rinse the mop head. The lightweight aluminum handle lets you access hard-to-reach places and features a convenient three section assembly that easily snaps together.

The mop pads in this kit are a part of Unger's SmartColor system to reduce cross-contamination. The system suggests that items labeled as red are to be used in restrooms or other high bacteria areas, yellow in specialty areas, blue in general areas with low risk bacteria, and green in foodservice areas. This visual system will be easy for your entire workforce to understand and will help organize cleaning tools.
