Ordered both @ 18" and got a 22" tbar with a 18" sleeve. Other then the mix up that they were willing to fix for me, the tbar is great. It doesn't have the indents in the bar to help hold liquid, but thats ok because the sleeves hold plenty of liquid. Swivel handle is so worth it!
