These are extreamly amazing blades. I went from using the carbon blades that rusted within minutes sometimes, but typically within 30-60 minutes. I had two blades with these stainless one going once, one we would trade out at every house, the other we went the entire day without changing it, but at one point we flipped them both just for good measure and ensure sharpness being utilized. These did not rust at all. I then had one sit for weeks, constantly we wetting it, side by side with a carbon one that rusted with hours under same experiment. Buy these and don't waste time on the carbon ones!!! DON'T DO IT!
