This is a great unit. I use it for a mop sink. It feels very high quality and the coiled hose is of high quality. It's an easy install. Make sure you get the elbows for the water connections. T&S never includes any installation items.

Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.

I bought this faucet to use at home. One of my dogs has skin problems and needs to be bathed with medicated shampoo several times a week. The water from the hose is too cold except in the middle of summer. I can wash him in the bathroom, but it's cramped in there, plus he makes a big mess when he shakes off. I could take him to a grooming salon, but even the self-service places are expensive if you go several times a week. So I had this faucet installed on the exterior of my house, right on the outside of the closet where my water heater lives, so I could have it all - warm water, lots of room, and no worries about the shake-off. Very nice product, however please beware that you will need an additional part to mount it to the wall. The, T&S B-0230-K. So unless you already have this current install kit it will most likely not fit.
